development of Fiber Laser technology, KOIKE has been the leader in
the fiber laser cutting market for thick plate.
Running cost of Fiber Laser Cutting Machine continues
surprisingly, and the excellent oscillation efficiency can reduce
significantly the electricity consumption, compared with
CO2 Laser. Regular maintenance and replacement of
expensive parts, such as mirror and turbo blower, is not necessary,
as well as the laser gas.
FIBERGRAPH is specialized in cutting of thick and large plates
which is not possible in the fixed-length housing type. Material's
heat absorption rate is higher compared to CO2 Laser,
providing similar cutting efficiency by low output. In addition,
due to the extensive experience and following the standard safety
features, safety is kept enough even without the shielding
wall.
